Because our products include instant-access digital materials such as training, databases, and templates, all purchases are considered final upon completion of payment. However, we understand that satisfaction and perceived value are important.

If you bought a digital product or fully participated in a learning program, challenge, or event and feel that you did not receive value from your purchase, you may request a refund within twenty-eight (28) days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require reasonable proof of participation (for example, attendance, completion records, or engagement evidence).

For subscription-based products or offers, refunds will only apply to the most recent billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for prior months or previously processed payments.

Except as expressly stated above, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access and nature of the intellectual property delivered.
